Distance Learning

The student shall have the right to cancel the agreement for Distance Learning instruction and receive a full refund before the first lesson and initial study materials are received. Cancellation is effective on the date written notice of cancellation is mailed. Life University shall make the refund within 30 days of the cancellation. If the first lesson and materials were sent before an effective cancellation notice was received, Life University shall make a refund within 30 days after the student returns Distance Learning material. Life University shall mail all the lessons and other material to the student if the student has fully paid for the program and requests all of the material in writing after having received the first lesson and initial correspondence material. If Life University mails the balance of the material as the student requests, Life University remains obligated to provide educational services that have been agreed to be provided, such as responses to student inquiries, student and faculty interaction, and evaluation and comment on lessons submitted by the student. The university shall refund the fees for any unwanted lessons that have been paid for and not yet sent to the student. The university shall not be obligated toi refund the fees for any lessons that have been received by the student after the cancellation period.

Distance Learning is not an option for Oriental Medicine, international students and veterans and other eligible persons receiving benifits payments.
